Service Considerations
Weather Conditions
We will work in light rain, but certainly not during downpours, thunder, lightning, ice or snow. Continuous days of rain saturate the ground and prevent us from being able to work in your yard.
Materials
Some materials are special ordered or may be on back order. After close inspection, some materials may not meet our quality standards for your project.
Project Surprises
While we do our best to estimate the length of time a project will take, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances (hitting rock while digging, a flat tire, broken equipment, etc.)
Safety Considerations
Hydration
When it is hot outside, our crew members take more breaks to stay hydrated and healthy.
Pace
We also encourage our team to work at a pace that prevents heat exhaustion.
Breaks
Our team may require frequent breaks to keep their safety a top priority.
Illness
We require our teammates to stay home and recover if there is any sign of illness.
